Account and age declaration
We process the account identifier, verified email address, and name supplied by your sign-in provider. Password entry, email verification, and password recovery take place with the authentication provider. Rolera does not store your password. We record your 18+ self-declaration, its time, and the accepted terms and privacy versions. This flow does not request your date of birth, identity document, or selfie and does not certify verified age.
Conversations and activity
Your messages, generated replies, choices, saved progress, and interactions may be stored and synchronized to operate the service. The relevant conversation context is sent to the configured AI service to generate responses. Service providers process the data needed for authentication, hosting, media delivery, storage, and AI generation. Do not submit information you do not want processed for these purposes.
Security and diagnostics
We use session credentials, security events, and limited technical information to protect accounts and diagnose failures. Optional diagnostic reporting is controlled in the app settings. Operational security records may still be processed when optional reporting is off. Technical logging is designed to exclude passwords, session tokens, and conversation text.
Device identity
We use a random device credential to recognize this app installation or browser and associate a pseudonymous device ID (DID) with account sessions, publishing, playback, and interaction events. Switching accounts or signing out does not reset the device ID. The mobile credential is stored in device-only secure storage; the browser credential uses an HttpOnly cookie. It is not an advertising ID or a hardware serial number. The credential is excluded from analytics and technical logs; those records may contain the pseudonymous DID. Clearing browser cookies, resetting the device, or losing its secure storage can create a new device identity.
Storage and your choices
Account data can exist on your device, in service databases, and in protected backups. Signing out revokes access for that session and retains saved history; it does not delete your account or erase backups. You can also sign out of all devices. Browser cookies keep you signed in; clearing them signs you out but does not delete server data.
Minors
Rolera is only for people aged 18 and older. Do not register or submit personal information if you are under 18. Accounts identified as underage may be restricted. Checking the age box is a self-declaration, not independent age verification.
